    ATLANTA, Ga. – Presbyterian College football is predicted to finish fourth in the Big South Conference this season as announced at 2015 Big South Football Media Day on Thursday in Atlanta, Ga. Blue Hose senior linebacker Donelle Williams (Starke, Fla.) and senior defensive back Ed Britt (Greensboro, N.C.) were also named to Big South Preseason All-Conference Team.

    Clemson, S.C.—Clemson was ranked 12th in the preseason USA Today Coaches poll announced on Thursday.  This marks the fourth straight year Clemson has been ranked in the USA Today preseason poll.    Dabo Swinney’s program is the only one in the nation to finish higher in the final poll than its preseason ranking each of the last four years.

  • 2015 Southern Conference Preseason Selections Announced, Eight Terriers Included

    SPARTANBURG, S.C. – In conjunction with the 2015 Southern Conference Football Media held on Wednesday, the league’s head coaches selected an all-conference first and second team. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own student-athletes as part of the balloting. The Terriers had eight players recognized by the league’s coaches, with two on the first team.

  • Clemson Tabbed as Preseason ACC Football Favorite, Watson Player of the Year

    PINEHURST, N.C. — Clemson was chosen as the preseason favorite to win the 2015 ACC Football Championship, according to a vote of the league media Tuesday at the conference’s annual preseason media event at Pinehurst Resort. The Tigers were picked first on 84 ballots, followed by Florida State (41) and Georgia Tech (20). In addition, sophomore quarterback Deshaun Watson was voted ACC Preseason Player of the Year.
